Returns, Exchanges and Credit Notes
If you change your mind about the products you have purchased from us online or in store we can exchange the item or issue you with a credit note. If your item was purchased online we offer a 28 day returns policy. If you contact us to let us know you would like a refund, credit note or exchange within 28 days of your purchase. (Please note that the refund policy differs for online orders vs in store purchases due to distance selling legislation).
Unfortunately we are unable to exchange, refund or give a credit note for earrings due to hygiene reasons.
Refunds are also not available for customised goods.
Items must be returned to the Jessica Flinn Boutique with the original receipt or proof of purchase within 28 days. Our address is “The Studio, The Old Church House, Manchester Road, Hollow Meadows, Sheffield S6 6GL”
You must provide your full name and address.
You are responsible for any costs associated with returning the item to us including any currency conversion costs.
Items must be returned unworn, unwashed and otherwise in an unused condition with original tags/labels still attached where applicable.
Packaging where provided must also be returned.
We do not accept “Change of mind returns” passed the 28 day cut off period.
We do not accept any returns that were purchased as part of a SALE or sample sale.
We will offer a full refund damaged or faulty goods where a replacement cannot be arranged.
Earrings are non-returnable at all times due to hygiene reasons.
No item will be accepted for a refund due to reasonable wear and tear.
All refunds are done at the discretion of the manager and if you request a refund it will be arrange using the original payment method once we have received the returned item back and confirmed it meets all the requirements above.
This in no way affects your statutory rights.
We offer a FREE standard UK delivery service for all orders over £15.00
We can deliver to the UK and around the world - customs duties where applicable may apply.
Delivery times to European or Worldwide countries are longer than within the UK. Furthermore, some countries impose restrictions on certain items entering their borders. In such situations, jessicaflinn.co.uk reserves the right to cancel all or any part of the order. Customers must themselves determine the customs regulations before completing the purchase. Any custom duties will be born solely by the customer. We promise to keep you informed about the progress of your order where possible.
All Jessica Flinn deliveries require a signature on receipt.
